Chef Paul Niedermann (Hell’s Kitchen Season 9 winner) has been the head chef at SALT7 since July 2017 and has certainly made his mark in Delray Beach. From his amazing deserts all the way to mac n cheese, it’s all part of this amazing Modern American menu.
And don’t forget SALT7 is a great social lounge known for “The Brunch” on Sundays. Not only an upscale Modern American fine dining experience but also the area’s best steakhouse. That is where the name SALT7 came from, referring to the seven salts used for seasoning of the prime steaks.
